Executive Deputy Principal (Learning and Operations)

The role of Executive Deputy Principal is to oversee learning, day-to-day operations and to support the Principal in the overall leadership and management of the College. Together they ensure the vision for the strategic direction of the College is implemented.
The Executive Deputy Principal works collaboratively with the Assistant Principal (Community and Growth) and the Assistant Principal (Students and Engagement) to ensure learning success for every student; that is driven through leadership excellence, effective teacher practice, staff collaboration and the provision of high-quality programs that are evidence based.
The incumbent will ensure that the educational aims of the College through the area they oversee are achieved and are inclusive of our Catholic Tradition, Franciscan heritage and charism.
