I am delighted to be in the role as Human Resources and Compliance Manager at Ave Maria College, enabling me to contribute to, and support the Senior Leadership Team and Staff with, implementing best practice and an innovative culture, together with the College’s response as a faith community in the Franciscan tradition.
I firmly believe in and have been dedicated for more than three decades to, the service of Catholic Education in embracing responsibility for the educational, personal and spiritual development of young people and to approach diversity and challenge with courage and optimism.
My work in Catholic schools has been truly rewarding and enlightening, giving me most privileged opportunities to meet and work with amazing people, in a variety of schools and settings. My leadership experiences include Deputy Principal at St Joseph’s College Melbourne (2000 – 2007), Foundation Principal of Kolbe Catholic College Greenvale Lakes (2007 – 2017) and Principal of Whitefriars College Donvale (2018).
Through the Human Resources Manager role and my interactions with others, I warmly welcome collaboration with the Ave Maria College community, as we strategically focus on the provision of a positive and safe learning environment and the allocation of resources in meeting all regulatory and compliance standards.
