Ms Deborah Bradshaw

As Director of Learning and Pathways, I am committed to the inclusive learning of all students and to developing a learning environment that is purposeful, motivating and innovative. I have a keen interest in supporting the various learning styles of students, and a key strategy I believe in is the use of multiple sources of data to support how students learn.

As one of my key priorities, I endeavour to use such data to build and maintain a strong focus towards the achievement of goals and objectives in the classroom, for all students at Ave Maria College. As an accredited Catholic educator, I seek to live out the values of Christ’s teaching in my life through my strong commitment to serving the needs of others.

I am dedicated to developing and consolidating 21st Century Skills to prepare our students for the demands of an increasingly technological society, through the wide variety of learning opportunities on offer at the College. As part of the Careers and Pathways team, I lead a team that ensures that our career preparation programs prepare our girls to succeed in their lives, now and post secondary education, in whatever pathway that works best for them as individuals.
