Instrumental Music Lessons at Ave Maria College are provided by our external partner, Melbourne Music Academy

At Ave Maria College, we are strong supporters of arts education and understand the enormous benefits to a child's development that music brings. ​Through our partnership with Melbourne Music Academy, we offer piano, singing, guitar and bass guitar lessons during class time with friendly and experienced music teachers. Lessons operate on a weekly rotating timetable so that students don't miss the same class each week.

Instrumental Music Education teaches life-long skills that students can enjoy with their peers, building a better understanding of co-operation, resilience, team work, development of advanced cognitive skills and social skills.

Our programs are taught by friendly and professional teachers that cater to all types of learning styles and abilities with a structured syllabus that is engaging and inspiring to students. We also offer music exam opportunities with both AMEB and ANZCA examination organisations.
